What the stars are to the hotel industry, the Edelweiss are to Tyrol's private landlords. The "Edelweiss" seal of quality is awarded to all member businesses of the Private Landlords Association after a thorough quality control process. Only those who meet the strict standards are awarded 2 to 5 Edelweiss. The criteria are reviewed every five years.

We are very proud that our house has been awarded 4 Edelweiss and that we can therefore be part of the "Alpine Hosts" of Tyrol.

What are the requirements for a 4 Edelweiss award?

• Spacious, friendly, harmonious and bright room areas
• Special flair for sophisticated living requirements
• high-quality furniture and floor coverings in mint, immaculate and immaculately maintained condition

Your well-being and that of the environment are very important to us, which is why we have been awarded the Austrian Ecolabel by the Ministry of the Environment. We have undertaken to comply with many strict criteria and to have ourselves checked by independent bodies.

We carry this award as a visible sign of our commitment to the environment. As parents of 4 children, it is particularly important to us to live and work in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way. We want to take responsibility so that many more generations will find an intact environment and livable conditions on our planet.
